What we store

To operate your account we store your login (username/email, a bcrypt-hashed password), optional profile details (display name, avatar, company info you provide), the public stake-account addresses linked to your account, and login activity (device, IP, approximate location, time) for security.

What we do not store

We never store private keys, seed phrases, or any means to move your funds. Staking figures are read from public blockchain data and are not personal to you beyond the addresses you link.

Location data

We derive an approximate location (city/country) from your IP address when you sign in, solely to show it back to you on your security page so you can spot unfamiliar access.

Data retention

We keep your account data (login, profile, and the stake addresses you link) for as long as your account is active, and delete it when your account is closed. Login-activity records (device, IP, approximate location) are retained for about 30 days for security review, then removed. Security audit records of privileged administrative actions are kept for up to 12 months. We may retain limited information for longer only where required to meet a legal, tax, or regulatory obligation, after which it is deleted.

Third parties

We query public services (Solana RPC, Stakewiz, a SOL price feed, an IP-geolocation service) to display data. We do not sell your data.

We do not sell personal information to third parties. Information may be disclosed only as necessary to operate the Service, where required by law, or in connection with a business transfer. Service providers who process data on our behalf may access it only as needed to provide the requested service.

Cookies

The portal uses a strictly-necessary session cookie and a CSRF-protection cookie to keep you signed in securely. You can adjust your browser to refuse cookies, though this will prevent sign-in.

Your choices & contact

Contact us to update or remove your profile data; removing your account removes your stored profile and login records. California residents may exercise applicable rights. Privacy questions may be directed to support@solcotech.co.
